6 sliced pork cutlets
salt and ground black pepper
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups panko bread crumbs ( or bread crumbs of your choosing)
4 tablespoons of fresh chopped herbs or your choice of Italian seasoning
3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup olive oil
sea salt for finishing

Cooking Instructions:

1. Season the pork cutlets with salt and pepper
2. Place three shallow bowls on your counter. Fill the first with the all-purpose flour, the second bowl with the beaten eggs and the third with the bread crumbs. Add the herbs and cheese to the bread crumbs and mix to combine.
3. Dip the cutlet into the flour. Next, dip the cutlet into the bread crumbs to coat it on all sides, set aside. Repeat with the remaining cutlets.
4. In a large sauté pan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Cook the cutlets until golden brown on each side. 3 to 5 minutes per side.
5. Remove the cutlets from the pan and finish with sea salt. Serve warm.
