3# of bone-in country style pork ribs
1 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup applesauce
1/4 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon each salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and ground cinnamon
1. Place ribs in a large pan. Cover with water, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Drain.
2. Place ribs in a greased 13" X 9" baking dish. In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients, pour half over ribs.
3. Bake, uncovered, at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until tender, basting often with remaining sauce.
