English Roast 3 -3 /12 lb.
1/3 cup of A-1 Sauce
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon oil
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Cooking Instructions:

1. Mix marinade in a 9 X13 baking dish.
2. Add meat into marinade, cover and refrigerate for 4 hours.
3. Turn meat over several times in the marinade.
4. Remove from marinade.
5. Grill over indirect medium heat.
6. Cook for 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
