4 pork chops, 1" thick
1 cup Bisquick
1 ( 1 5/8 ounce) packet garlic and herb sauce mix
2 teaspoons paprika
2 tablespoons canola oil
1. Rinse chops with water, do not dry.
2. In shallow bowl, mix together bisquick, sauce mix and
paprika. Place chops into mixture coating both sides.
3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat. Brown
chops on all sides in oil. Reduce heat to medium and cook
until done, about 10-12 minutes turning occasionally.
