Ingredients

1 Egg, beaten
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 cup Taco Sauce
2 cup Crushed Corn Flakes
2 tsp Chili Powder
2 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Oregano
Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
1 1/2# Boneless Chicken Breast
6 Tbsp Butter, melted

Cooking Instructions

1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees and greese a shallow baking dish.
2)? Wisk together eggs, garlic, and taco sauce in a bowl. Put corn flake crumbs in a large zip-lock bag.
3) Dip chicken in egg mixture, then into corn flakes, coat well. Then put in the baking dish and drizzle with melted butter.
4) Bake for 45 minutes or until the chicken is no longer pink and the juices run clear.
