6 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast
6 slices Swiss Cheese
1 Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5 oz)
1/4 cup Chicken Stock or White Wine
1/4 cup Melted Butter
1 cup Crushed Croutons
Grease a 9"x13" baking dish, add chicken in a single layer.
Top with Swiss cheese.
Mix soup and stock, pour over chicken and cheese.
Drizzle melted butter, over chicken and top with croutons.
Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour uncovered and bake 10 more minutes.
Serve plain or over rice.
