1/2 cup Salsa (heat of your desired choice)
1 cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 cup Monterey Jack Cheese
1 cup Sour Cream
6 Eggs
1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
2) Spray a 9" deep dish pie plate or 10" pie plate with a non-stick spray.
3) Pour salsa into the prepared pie plate.
4) Blend cheeses and layer over the salsa.
5) Blend the eggs and sour cream until smooth and pour over the cheese.
6) Bake 20-25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
7) Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting. (good with crumbled cooked sausage)
