24 frozen rolls (dough)
1 package of butterscotch Cook & Serve pudding
1 stick of butter
½ cup brown sugar
Cinnamon to taste
Nuts if desired
Really grease your bundt pan with Pam (over do it)
Dump in the rolls FROZEN
Sprinkle the pudding powder right on the rolls
Melt the butter, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl in the microwave and pour it over the rolls
Sprinkle chopped nuts if you want
Leave on the counter overnight to rise. Make sure you cover the bundt pan tightly with tin foil or the rolls will rise too high to bake.
When you wake up, remove the foil and bake for 30 mins at 350 degrees. Make sure you have the baking rack set lower in your oven as the rolls rise fairly high up. When they are done baking just dump upside down on an oversized plate (the goop is going to run so watch out).
24 rolls feeds 6 people nicely. Enjoy!
