8 brats
2 tbs. oil
2 cloves garlic - chopped
1 large onion - sliced
8 brat buns
1 can beer

Heat oil in large skillet, add brats & garlic, brown each side.

Add onions, cook 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

Transfer brats & onions to crock pot - add beer.

Cook on low for 4-5 hours.

Serve on brat buns that we bake right here.
