2 Tbsp Butter
1 Garlic Clove, pressed
1 lb peeled Shrimp (thawed)
The Juice of 1 Lime
2 tsp Tony Chachares Cajun Seasoning
1. Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Melt butter in skillet.
2. When butter is melted, stir in pressed garlic.
3. Immediately add the shrimp and lime juice to the pan.
4. Sprinkle the seasoning. Blend over the shrimp and stir.
5. Saute the shrimp for 5-8 minutes, or until they begin to brown.
6. Be sure to cook both sides of all the shrimp.
7. Serve as an appetizer or toss with pasta.
