Ingredients

Split chicken fryer
olive oil
garlic
Cajun seasoning or chicken seasoning of your choice
Spray Pam

Cooking Instructions

Wash and dry the chicken halves thoroughly. Spray both sides and rub them down with olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle both sides with Cajun seasoning from Neville's or a chicken seasoning of your choice.

Spray the grill with Pam. Place the chicken halves skin side down on the grill. Close the lid. After 20 minutes turn the halves, cook for another 20 minutes or until done.

Do not poke - turn only once.
Serve with tossed salad and a fresh baked load of Neville's bread.
