Ingredients

7 oz. melted chocolate
5oz. of butter
3 eggs and 2 yolks
5oz. brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour (any)
1 tablespoon cocoa
22 Oreo cookies
Icing sugar for garnish
Pinch of salt

Cooking Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 320ΒΊ. Meanwhile cut the chocolate into pieces and put it on a bowl. Add the butter and microwave until is completely melted. Stir every 30 seconds to mix while melting.
2. In another bowl beat the eggs with the yolks and some vanilla extract if you like. Beat it all until we archive a smoothie texture.
3. Add slowly the brown sugar without stop beating. Beat for 2 minutes more.
4. Add the Butter-chocolate mixture and the flour. Crush 4 Oreo cookies and add to the mix. Stir until archive a smooth mixture.
5. Put baking paper in a square mold. Place 18 Oreo cookies on the bottom of the mold. Pour the mixture and place the rest of the cookies on the top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Can be served hot sprinkling some icing sugar or let cool, add some vanilla ice cream and drizzle chocolate syrup.
