1 lb. Bulk Italian Sausage
1 1/2 cup spaghetti sauce
1/2 cup sliced olives
1 red onion - cut into rings
1/2 red or green pepper - diced
4 - Demi Parisian Rolls or Sub Buns
4 slices mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven - 375

Brown sausage in skillet - drain

Add spaghetti sauce & peppers to sausage and heat through

Split rolls lengthwise

Add meat mixture to rolls - top with cheese, olives and onions

Heat sandwich in oven for 15 minutes
