12oz burger
8oz bulk Italian Sausage
3 tbsp. Captain Morgan Original Spiced Rum
Salt and Pepper
1 tbsp. unsalted butter (plus more for finishing burgers)
5 cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 donuts, toasted and halved (not filled donuts)
4 eggs
1. Mix burger and sausage with 3tbsp of run and them form 4 patties with meat mixture.
2. Sprinkle each patty with salt and pepper and cook in butter for 3 minutes on first side.
3. Flip patties, top each with a sliver of butter and cheddar cheese, and continue to cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Place on bottom halves of toasted donuts.
5. Cook 4 eggs to your liking in burger pan.
6. Top burgers with eggs and place top halves on donuts on top before serving.
