1 cup of canned Pumpkin (or fresh pumpkin puree)
1 banana
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
5 tablespoons honey
2 cups of ice (more if you want it thicker)
cinnamon for sprinkling
whipped topping

Cooking Instructions

1. Blend all of the ingredients (except cinnamon and whipped topping) in a blender until smooth.

Divide into glasses - about 2 large glasses.

Put some whipped topping and sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
