YUMMY POTATOES: Date Added: 31 Oct 2009

6-8 peeled potatoes

Water (to cover potatoes)

8 ounces cream cheese

1 (8 ounces) sour cream

Garlic Salt 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Cooking Instructions

Cook potatoes in salted water until done

Drain and put back into the pan.

Add sour cream, cream cheese and garlic salt and mash.

Turn into baking dish and sprinkle cheddar on the top.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes until puffed and golden brown
