#5 chicken wings
1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
1 5oz bottle of Franks Red Hot Sauce
3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash of black pepper
dash of salt
Cooking spray
1. Thaw wings and pat dry.
2. Mix flour, paprika, cayenne, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
3. Coat each wing with seasoned flour.
4. Place wings on 2 foil lined cookie sheets sprayed with cooking spray in a single layer.
5. Mix melted butter and franks red hot sauce together in a bowl.
6. Pour butter mixture over wings.
7. Cook in a preheated oven at 425 degrees. 25 minutes on one side and turn wings and cook another 20 minutes.
8. Serve with blue cheese dressing and celery sticks.
