Ingredients

1 cup orange marmalade
3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
3 tablespoons soy sauce
8 (3/4 thick) pork loin chops

Cooking Instructions

1. In small saucepan over low heat, stir marmalade. Dijon
style mustard and soy sauce until preserves melt.
2. When ready to grill, sprinkle both sides or pork chops with
salt and pepper. Place chops on grill about 5 inches from
heat.
3. Cook about 15 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in
center. Turn once during cooking and brush with preserve
mixture last 2 minutes of cooking time.
4. When ready to serve, heat preserves mixture to boiling and
serve hot with pork chops.
