#5 Boston Butt Roast
Dry Rub (check out our recipe on line) or your favorite dry rub
BBQ Sauce of your choice

Cooking Instructions:

1. Pat your Boston Butt dry and apply rub.
2. Refrigerate at least 2 hours
3. Set up grill for indirect heat - medium heat.
4. When grill is ready put roast on with a drip pan below it.
5. Cook for 2 hours, if using Charcoal add additional charcoal every hour.
6. After 2 hours, remove to roasting pan and add 1 cup of BBQ sauce - cover tightly and cook in 200 degree oven for 2 hours.
7. Remove from oven and let stand for 30 minutes.
8. If desired shred with 2 forks and add additional BBQ sauce and serve on rolls.
