Pork Roast
Pork Roast: Submitted by: Cathy Carr | Date Added: 5 Aug 2010 Ingredients:

1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. dried rosemary, crushed
1/2 tsp. rubbed sage
1 boneless rolled pork loin roast (4 lbs)

Cooking Instructions:

Combine seasonings; rub over roast. Place on rack in shallow roasting pan.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees F. for 1 3/4-2 hours or until meat thermometer reads 160 degrees.
Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
