2 Pork Steaks or Boneless Pork Chops
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 tsp Hot Paprika
1 tsp Sage, dried
1 1/2 tsp Garlic, mashed
1) Mix all the ingredients except pork steaks.
2) Rub spice mix all over the steaks.
3) Wrap tightly in plastic wrap and put in fridge overnight or 2 hours at room temperature.
4) Have the BBQ HOT and sear the chops for 2 minutes on each side.
5) Turn the BBQ down to medium and continue cooking approximately 6 minutes each side or until the internal temp reaches 160-170 F.
