6-8 medium sized apples
1 cup water
1/2 package spice cake mix
2/3 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup quick oats
1 stick butter (melted)
cinnamon to taste

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel and slice apples. Add water and cinnamon to the apples
2. Pour apple mixture into glass baking dish
3. Mix cake mix, brown sugar, oats, and butter until crumbly
4. Spread crumb mixture on top of apples
5. Bake for 50-55 minutes

Fills one 9 x 13 baking dish (preferably glass)
