1 1/4 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1 pkg. Sliced Bacon
2/3 cup Brown Sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp Chili Powder
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cut chicken breasts into 1 inch cubes. Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
3. Wrap each chicken cube with a bacon strip and secure with a toothpick.
4. Stir brown sugar and chili powder together.
5. Dredge wrapped chicken into mixture.
6. Coat a broiler pan and rack with a nonstick cooking spray.
7. Place chicken wraps onto the broiler pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
