3 lb Boneless Pork Loin Roast
1 (16oz) can Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
2 Tbsp Brown Sugar
2 tsp Grated Orange Peel
1. In a small bowl, stir together cranberry sauce, brown sugar, and orange peel.
2. Place roast in a shallow baking dish. Spread with 1/4 cup cranberry mixture.
3. Roast, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 60 minutes, or until internal temperature is 155 degrees. Baste every 30 minutes with cranberry mixture. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
