Red Wine Sangria: Submitted by: Ed Cook | Date Added: 22 Jul 2013 Ingredients:

1/2 cup fresh Orange Juice
1/4 cup Brandy
1/4 cup Sugar
1 Orange, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 Lemon, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 Lime, halved lengthwise and thinly sliced
1 750mL (Rioja-Zinfandel-Shiraz)
1 1/2 cup Ginger Ale

Cooking Instructions:

1. Combine orange juice, brandy, ginger ale, and sugar in a larger pitcher. Stir until sugar is dissolved.
2. Add orange, lemon, and lime. Mash fruit gently with the back of a wooden spoon to release juices.
3. Add wine and stir to combine.
4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 8 hours and up to 48 hours. (The longer it sits, the fruitier it will be)
5. Serve in ice-filled wine glasses. Enjoy!
