5lb boneless pork roast
6oz can frozen, unsweetened orange juice concentrate, defrosted and undiluted
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Place pork on rack in open roasting pan. Insert meat therm. in thickest part of roast. Roast uncovered at 325 degrees until the therm. reaches 170 degrees. About 30 minutes per pound.
Combine remaining ingredients in bowl and mix well. Baste roast with glaze during last 20 minutes of roasting.
