3lb lean cut roast
Salt and Pepper (seasoned salt)
2 cloves garlic, slivered
A-1 Sauce

Cooking Instructions:

1. Rub the roast with seasoning.
2. Insert slivers of garlic on top and douse with A-1 sauce
3. Bake at 350 uncovered in shallow roasting pan for 20 minutes per pound for medium rare.
