1 lb ground pork sausage (of your choice)
browned and drained
6 eggs, beaten
1 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese
2 cup milk
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 cup biscuit baking mix
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Mix together all ingredients and pour into a greased 13" x 9" baking pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for one hour.
