Polish sausage
water
brown sugar

Cooking Instructions:

Arrange Polish sausage in a circle in the bottom of a roasting pan. Pour just enough water down side of pan to cover sausage. Sprinkle 1/4 cup dark brown sugar on top. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hours. After 1 hour drain liquid until just enough to cover bottom of pan. Bake for 25 minutes turning sausage half way through to brown both sides. Remove from oven and let site for 10 minutes before cutting
