3/4 cup BBQ sauce
3/4 cup Italian dressing
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon dried red pepper flakes
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1. Whisk together BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, chili powder and red pepper flakes. Pour over chicken and refrigerate 1 hour to overnight.
2. Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 12 to 15 minutes, until no longer pink.
