Montreal Steak Seasoning
Olive oil
Grill
1. Let meat come to room temperature for 30 minutes.
2. Light grill.
3. Rub both side of steak with Montreal Steak Seasoning.
4. Put steak on grill over hot coals.
5. Turn after 3 minutes and grill other side 3 minutes.
6. Put steak on cooler side of grill and brush both sides with
olive oil.
7. Return to heat and continue to cook until desired doneness.
8. Let steak rest for 5 minutes before serving.
