2 apples, cored, peeled and sliced
1 to 2 teaspoon lemon juice
18 oz tube refrigerated sugar cookie dough
8oz cream cheese softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
6oz jar caramel topping
1/4 cup chopped nuts
1. Toss apple slices with lemon juice to prevent browning; set aside.
2. Press cookie dough into an ungreased 12" round pizza pan.
3. Bake according to package directions. Cool.
4. Combine cream cheese and peanut butter; spread over cooled crust.
5. Arrange apple sliced on top; drizzle with caramel topping and sprinkle with nuts.
6. Cut into wedges to serve.
