1 Tbsp Grill Seasoning (Montreal is really good)
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Sweet Smoked Paprika
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
Vegetable Oil Cooking Spray, or oil for the grill
4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1. IN a large baggie, combine the grill seasoning, chili powder, paprika, and brown sugar. Place chicken in the baggie and shake well. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
2. Preheat an indoor or outdoor grill to high.
3. Spray or oil the grill then place the chicken on it and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
