1 (6 oz) box Stuffing Mix with Seasoning Packet
3 Tbsp Butter, melted
2 1/2 cups cooked Turkey or Chicken, finely chopped
1 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
4 Eggs, beaten
2 cups Half-and-Half Cream
1. Combine stuffing mix, seasoning packet, and butter. Mix Well.
2. Press into bottom and sides of buttered 2-quart baking dish.
3. Bake at 400 for 5 minutes and cool.
4. Combine turkey/chicken and cheese and spread over dressing mixture in pan.
5. Beat eggs and cream until well blended and pour over turkey/chicken mixture.
6. reduce heat to 325 and bake uncovered for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
