Ingredients

5 lbs pork butt, cut into 3 to 4 pieces (shoulder)
1 pinch salt
14 oz. beef broth
1 pinch pepper
1/4 cup brewed coffee

Cooking Instructions

1. Rub salt and pepper onto pork.
2. Place in slow cooker.
3. Pour broth and coffee over meat.
4. Turn to low and cover.
5. cook 8-10 hours until pork falls apart tender.
6. Carefully remove to cutting board and shred with 2 forks.
7. Serve with favorite barbecue sauce on rolls.
