2 pork tenderloin
3/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup bourbon of your choice
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup canola oil
3 tablespoon brown sugar
salt and pepper to taste
1. Combine marinade ingredients well. Put in large zip lock bag and add pork tenderloin. Seal and chill overnight.
2. Remove pork from bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Discard Marinade.
3. Grill on covered grill over medium-high heat (approx. 400-500) for 30 minutes. Turn every 10 minutes or until internal temperature is 155.
4. Remove from heat, cover with foil and let rest 10 minutes before carving.
