4-5 lbs of country-style pork ribs
2 bottles (18 ounce) BBQ sauce of your choice
1/2 small onion - chopped
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoons vinegar ( red wine or white)
1. Place the ribs into the crock pot and put everything but the vinegar on top. Add a tablespoon of vinegar in each of the empty BBQ bottles and shake. Pour the vinegar mixture over the top of the ribs.
2. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the ribs are tender and fall off the bone. Enjoy
