1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup ketchup
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Add meat ( chicken, pork, beef or meat of your choice) and vegetables ( cut into bite size pieces).
3. Marinate in refrigerator for at least a couple hours.
4. Thread onto skewers and grill.
