4 medium potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 garlic cloves, minced
In a greased 6 cup casserole dish, arrange half of the potatoes and half of the onions.
Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and half of the Parmesan.
Repeat layers
In a small bowl, combine mushroom soup, milk, Italian seasoning and garlic
Spoon over potatoes
Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour
Uncover and bake 10 more minutes or until potatoes are tender.
