1 rack of spare ribs
1 tablespoon of Rib rub or your favorite Seasoning Salt
1 medium onion, sliced thin
2 cups of BBQ sauce
1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
2. Sprinkle rib seasoning all over ribs
3. Cover ribs with sliced onions.
4. Brush on 1 cup BBQ sauce.
5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 3 hours.
6. Right before ready to eat, remove foil, brush on second cup of BBQ sauce, and broil for 3-5 minutes, until the sauce browns slightly.
