3 to 5 applies (cut in slices)
2 large potatoes (chunked)
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 to 1 bag baby carrots
16 to 24oz beer (liquid level must cover raw product)
Polish kielbasa
1. Layer bottom and sides of cooker with apple slices. You should have some left over after this.
2. Place Kielbasa directly on top of apples.
3. Add potatoes, onions, carrots. Liquid will eventually rise and cover veggies.
4. Add beer.
5. Cook 6-8 hours on low (recommended) or 3-4 hours on high.
6. Add all left over apples with 1-2 hours remaining.
7. Serve as a stew. Great with Rye bread.
