2-3 lb beef roast
1 teaspoon ground red pepper
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup molasses
2 tablespoons light brown sugar
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1/4 cup apple juice
2 cloves garlic minced
1. Mix together your salt and peppers in a small bowl, rub mixture all over your roast and place in a resealable bag.
2. Put your remaining in a bowl, stir until well combined and pour into the bag with your roast.
3. Place the roast in your fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight (flip the bag a few times during the marinating).
4. Place your roast in your Instant Pot.
5. Cook at high pressure on manual for 60 minutes. Do not allow warming cycle to kick on.
