Ingredients

3 pounds of boneless skinless Chicken thighs (fresh or thawed)
***Do not use Frozen***
1/4 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
16 ounces Olive Garden Italian Dressing (2 cups)

Cooking Instructions

1. Pour 1 cup Olive Garden Dressing into bottom of Instant Pot.
2. Add chicken thighs to Instant Pot.
3. In medium mixing bowl, stir together remaining 1 cup Olive Garden Dressing and Grated Parmesan cheese, until well combined.
4. Pour Dressing/Cheese mixture over chicken.
5. Select Met/Stew setting, select High Pressure, and change cooking time to 15 minutes.
6. Preheat will start 10 seconds after settings are selected.
7. Once Chicken Thighs are done, Quick Release pressure before removing lid.
8. Allow to cool for 5 minutes with lid off. Shred chicken with 2 forks or serve as whole thighs!

**If using a Crock Pot Pressure Cooker, select the Beans/Chili setting to manually override cook time and pressure settings***
