8 apples peeled cored and sliced
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon all spice
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons butter softened
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup biscuit baking mix divided
1/3 cup brown sugar packed
3 tablespoons chilled butter
1. Put your apple slices and spices in a big bowl and toss.
2. Spray your crock pot with cooking spray.
3. Place your apples in your crock pot.
4. Mix together your milk, butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla and 1/2 cup of your biscuit mix very well.
5. Take a spoon and place spoonfuls of your batter over your apples.
6. In a small bowl, cut your butter into your remaining biscuit mix until crumbly.
7. Lightly sprinkle your crumble over your batter.
8. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours.
