1 stick of unsalted butter (use only real butter)
1/2 cup milk
1 cup sugar
1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup baking cocoa
3 cups of Old Fashioned Oats
1/2 cup creamy Peanut butter
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, powdered sugar, cocoa and then add butter and milk.
2. Mix until fully combined. It should be a little thinner consistency than brownie batter.
3. Pour the mixture into a 4 qt slow cooker.
4. Pour oats on top of mixture - Do Not Mix.
5. Place peanut butter in the middle on top of the oats - Do Not Mix.
6. Place the lid on your slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour 15 minutes or until the cocoa mixture reaches a rolling boil.
7. Stir well and use a cookie scoop to place two dozen cookies on lined cookie sheets.
8. Allow cookies to set for a few hours and then store in a sealed container.
