15.25 oz Spice Cake Mix (1 box)
15oz Libby's Pure pumpkin (1 can)
1/2 cup Applesauce
3 eggs
1 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice

1. Beat all ingredients together for 1 minutes with mixer.
2. Spray inside of Crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Pour mixture into crockpot and cover.
4. Cook on high for 1.5 - 2 hours or until done.
5. Once the cake is done, carefully cut pieces directly out from the crockpot.
6. Top with Cream cheese frosting, then sprinkle with some additional ground cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice.
