Grilled Rib Eye Steak: Submitted by: Robert (Bob) Flowers | Date Added: 23 Nov 2009

Ingredients

Nevelles' Well Marbled Bone-In Ribeye Steaks
Kosher Salt
Freshly ground Black Pepper

Cooking Instructions

Select well marbled bone-in ribeyes. The more lean the meat, the more tough it will be. And it won't have as much flavor. Neville's steaks are great quality. Don't be afraid to ask the staff. They know their meat!

Fire up the grill. You need to understand that it is the dripping fat that creates the smoke, and that the smoke is what gives a grilled steak its phenomenal flavor. Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Place directly over the fire and cook for no more than three minutes per side, with the grill cover on to trap the smoke. Remove and serve with saute's mushrooms and your favorite sides.

Tip, don't be afraid of old man winter. I fire up my grill all year 'round.
