8 Italian Sausage Links
1 onion sliced
2 green peppers
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
8 sub buns

1. Grill brats over medium heat until fully cooked.

2. While brats are cooking, heat oil in large skillet & saute
peppers and onions until cooked.

3. When brats are cooked, place in sub buns and top with
peppers and onions.
