SHELL:
8 oz box Thin Spaghetti
2 Tbsp Butter
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese-grated
2 Eggs, beaten
FILLING:
1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella
SAUCE:
1# Ground Beef
1/2 cup Chopped Onions
1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
1) Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2) SHELL: Cook spaghetti and drain.
3) Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese, and eggs.
4) Form spaghetti into a crust in a 9" pie pan.
5) SAUCE: Brown ground beef and onions, drain.
6) Add spaghetti sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
7) FILLING: spread cottage cheese over the spaghetti crust. Top with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese, and then the sauce mixture.
8) Bake for 20 minutes. Top with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and bake for 10 more minutes.
9) Serve and Enjoy!
